The fine print
Membership
When you join one of VocalHouse choirs, you become a member. This means that you are automatically re-registered and do not have to register for each new semester. This is only to avoid the risk of losing your spot. Before the start of the semester, you will receive an email when it is time to pay the semester fee. If for some reason you do not want to attend a semester, you are not obligated to pay for the place. You can terminate your membership at any time by sending us an email.
NOTE! You secure your place in the choir by paying the semester fee. If the fee is not paid in time, your place will be released to someone else and you will need to register again.
Right of withdrawal
With us you can always change your mind!
We are keen to ensure that our choirs feel right and fun. That is why all our members have a full right of withdrawal, with a full refund, up to one week after the start of the semester. This way you can come and try it once without having to commit yourself. If you need to end your membership up to three weeks after the start of the semester, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the full fee. For cancellations made later than three weeks after the start of the semester, a doctor's certificate or similar is required for a refund.

Photo/Video
VocalHouse reserves the right to take pictures and videos during the rehearsals and performances. This material is made to be used to market on our website, social media etc. It's also fully okey for others who are in the same room to take pictures and videos. When you sign up for our choirs you approve this.
Change of time/location
If needed, VocalHouse reserves the right to change dates, times or location for our rehearsals/concerts, and this will be notified to you as a choir member as soon as possible.
